Kit missed the pictures of the mushroom-swiss burger I made with rosemary bacon. I made it again tonight for a friend we had over for dinner. Here are your pics, Kit!
It's filling, but it crushes down, fits in your mouth, and just looks like more than it is in the pics. Served with an extra slice of heirloom tomato and grilled potato slices.
